If you do not want to buy “a pig in a poke ”, we will take care of the payment on site for you as a third independent party to guarantee you more security when buying online.

Escrow service offers buyers the security of being able to get their money back if the purchased machine cannot be delivered.

Protects buyers and sellers from fraud

In order not to buy a pig in a poke, we are happy to offer you our  escrow  service . Completely unproblematic and safe! We discuss the target condition of the vehicle in advance by telephone and make a note of it on a control slip! You transfer the purchase price to our attorney escrow account.

We then take a close look at the vehicle and discuss with you whether the target condition is also the actual condition. Then you can decide whether to buy the vehicle or leave it. If you don't buy, you will only have to pay the maximum costs for the empty trip, but you will save yourself a pig in a poke, which can be associated with immensely higher costs!

As a buyer, how long do I have to inspect the goods?

After receipt of the goods you have 14 days to check them. You should either confirm receipt or submit a complaint no later than the 14th day after receipt of the goods. If we have not received a complaint by the 15th day after delivery of the goods, we will automatically transfer the escrow amount to the seller's bank account.

What happens if the buyer refuses to accept the goods?

In this case the buyer will receive the payment amount back from our escrow account to his bank account and the goods will be sent back to the seller. The return shipping costs are free of charge with us. Seller pays return shipping.

So that you can pay securely within the EU, we use the EU standard transfer system for you. This system guarantees you the most cost-effective money transfer from escrow amounts within the EU!

***Important note : If the buyer is not satisfied with the goods, AUTOTRANSPORTI BELLANDI FERDINANDO must be contacted within the inspection period. In most cases a solution can be negotiated. If this is not possible, the total amount will be transferred back to the buyer and the goods will be sent back to the seller. In this case the seller will bear all transport costs and transaction costs. Seller pays return shipping.

Accept goods:

The seller will bring the vehicle with all the documents to our transport company and then the vehicle will be matched with the relevant documents and checked. Our technical department checks the technical condition of the vehicle. The seller must then sign the shipping documents.

Pay:

You transfer the purchase amount to our business account. You will receive the necessary bank details in the order confirmation if you want to use the escrow service. At the same time, our transport company schedules a truck for the transport.

accept money:

As soon as the money has arrived in our escrow account, the forwarding company will start the delivery of the vehicle and deliver all the documents to the buyer's address. The driver will contact you 2 hours before arrival so you don't have to sit on hot coals and wait all day!

hand over goods:

Only when the conditions mutually agreed between the buyer and seller are met, the amount to be paid will be handed over to the seller. The buyer has an unrestricted right of return for a period of 14 days after delivery of the vehicle. Seller pays return shipping.

Inspection time:

Only after 14 days of inspecting the goods will our transport company pass on the purchase price to the seller. If the vehicle is not in the condition described and you wish to withdraw from the purchase, you have the option of leaving the vehicle where it is. In this case, the buyer receives the payment amount from our escrow account transferred back to his bank account and the goods are sent back to the seller. The return shipping costs are free of charge with us. Seller pays return shipping.
